Exchange Policy

At Be You By Alison, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help you with an exchange.

Eligibility

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items or any item purchased on sale or with any discount 
  • Accessories and extras are final sale unless they arrive damaged
  • Gift cards

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at beyoubyalison@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
  2. Let us know what you'd like in return (different size, color, or item).
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your exchange within 1-3 business days. WE will use your email correspondence to communicate for you to choose and use your exchange credit on anything from our website.  You will have 7 days to use exchange credit once we email you letting you know we have received your item/s back. 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
